PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The information available on the website www.bulle.gr in terms of quality, quantity as well as prices are absolutely accurate. However, some of the products available on the website, may appear on the computer screen or your mobile phone slightly different in size, color and texture from reality.
PRODUCT PRICING
VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each item. These prices refer to the quantities available while the www.bulle.gr reserves the right to modify the description and prices of its products without notice. However, it is committed at the time the order is completed to ship the ordered products with the features and prices displayed on the website at the time the order was placed.
PAYMENT METHODS
- By credit / debit card:
Any purchase made through the website www.bulle.gr, is completed by the buyer's choice as well as his ability to pay by VISA or MASTERCART credit card. Transactions are made electronically securely in real time, between the buyer and the cardholder, through the bank NATIONAL which carries out the transaction on its behalf www.bulle.gr. During this process, all your banking information is confidential. THE www.bulle.gr processes your card details solely for the completion of the transaction and are not stored in its system. In case the buyer who makes the transaction is not the same person as the cardholder, the www.bulle.gr does not bear any responsibility and is not obliged to return the money. - Cash on delivery:
By choosing cash on delivery as a payment method, you will pay in cash upon receipt of the products you ordered at the place you have indicated. For COD shipments there is an additional charge of 2 €. - By deposit in a bank account of our company:

You must enter your name and order number on the deposit form. In case the deposit is not made within 2 days from the day the order was placed, then it is automatically canceled by our system. The cost of the banking commission is paid by the customer.
SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
All shipments of products are made by General Transport and are delivered safely to the address you have specified, within 2-3 working days from the day the order was sent. For orders from abroad, once again, the products are shipped within 5-8 working days from the day of order confirmation.
THE www.bulle.gr does not recognize any delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and / or force majeure. In these cases the said delivery date will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay exists.
The transfer fee is calculated and suggested on the order form. The products are always accompanied by the relevant receipts. The customer has the option to select the type of receipt needed (retail receipt or invoice) by filling in the appropriate field.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All packaging and shipping costs are calculated in total in your shopping cart, in the final amount.
1. Shipping costs for purchases under 50 € is 5 € for shipments within Greece
2. Shipping costs for purchases over 50 € is FREE for all of Greece
3. Shipping costs for cash on delivery packages by courier: +1,50€ delivery within 2-3 days in your area. Apply ONLY for Greece

If you wish to cancel your order during the online ordering process, you can click and the ordering process will be canceled automatically.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
For your clarity, returned products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and must have the labels that came with the product, just as you received the product with the retail receipt or invoice. You must also have previously contacted via email at info@bulle.gr, to give you the necessary instructions as well as a return code.
If the product you want is not available (eg in a larger size), we will refund your money or the amount of your purchase for that product is refunded to your account and can be used for any new purchase you wish.
If you want a refund, shipping and return costs are borne by the customer (€ 5.00).
In all the mentioned cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
The cost of returning a non-defective product is borne by the customer, while the cost of re-shipping any product you choose to replace, is borne exclusively by the www.bulle.gr.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or damaged product, the www.bulle.gr will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product, at no extra cost to you. However you should update via email at info@bulle.gr, to give you the necessary instructions as well as a return code.
If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product upon request, or we can refund your money.
THE www.bulle.gr has no warranty policy. It is not responsible for any damage that may result from normal wear, misuse or any damage when removing the labels.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The transaction will be considered completed only after sending the written electronic confirmation. In the event that it is impossible to execute an order, the www.bulle.gr, to withdraw and not complete the order, even if the amount has been paid. In this case the money will be refunded by deposit in your bank account.
PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES

The exclusive competent courts for any dispute that may arise from the use of the website and the transactions carried out through it, are the Courts of Thessaloniki.
